Inspired by a posting called "50 Lessons Life Taught me" here is my personal list (some are so good that I had to copy them):
- You can do anything you want.
- Life is what you make it. It's up to you to you to make it good.
- Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
- If you need help ask for it.
- It's easy to make excuses and that's sometimes really dumb.
- Be always yourself.
- It's ok to be different.
- Most people won't agree with you.
- Take small actions and not wait for some day to take a big action. Some day will never come.
- Someone will always tell you that your ideas suck. Take action anyway.
- The refrigerator light doesn't always stay on.
- Memories are priceless.
- Even if an apple a day doesn't keep the doctor away it sure tastes good.
- Happiness is mankind's most useful emotion.
- Just because a billion people do something doesn't man it's right.
- Try to forgive everyone.
- Time heals almost everything. Give time time.
- No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
- The hardest step for a runner is the frist one out of the front door.
- Exercise is the key to happiness and healthiness.
- Remember to turn obstacles into opportunities by keeping the faith.
- Do what scares you.
- Maybe you can't have it all. That doesn't mean you shouldn't try.
- Make more mistakes.
- Laugh more often.
- Life is awesome.
It's time to celebrate! Happy birthday to me :-)
